magic mushrooms.

not me actually. just the others that i work with. cos mondays only paolo (chef) is in and it means he has to do all the cooking. which is pretty bad if there happens to be lots of customers. also cos it gets pretty boring otherwise. nick the apprentice on the other hand, hates everyday. heh. i am glad for quiet mondays. less dishes to wash! but it also means we do prep work. :)

but it gave us time. time enough for nick to find this while doing up the mushrooms for baking. they're yum i tell u.

it also gave us time to hum along to super mario tunes. you see... the manager's called mario. heh. i spose he wouldnt have found it to be funny. ohwells. it did help us pass time. hmmmm....

so anyway, this is nick. the apprentice chef. he is very very messy. and leaves a trail of destruction in the kitchen. very terrible indeed. but otherwise, he's alright.
