alternatives.

once again its monday. once again i go for my once weekly jog! :P
instead of running toward the sailing club down river, i chose to do the run up river toward where narrows bridge was. time taken in total? 33mins00.92sec. no sprints. just slow jogging. now that i have done both of the nicer, low gradient routes around home, i've sortof decided i would not be doing too much of the up river run. too many cars. too noisy. maybe. till i find a better route or good company, down river is the way to go. :)

that's life. everything has got to be tried at least once. experience and evaluate. if you've never tired it, do not bitch about it (too much). wells. unless its the sort of stuff like smoking and drugs. no try-outs needed. period. drinking? thats.. fine.. just fine. in moderation of course! ;)

why do i still feel sleepy? zzz... why? :(

eh.. no wad.. after one jogs isnt one suPpoSed to feel refreshed n energised'? not feel sleepy iMMEdiately after the run... :(
